Annual Reports

Our audited annual reports are publicly available for download.

Reports will be published soon.

Our annual report is prepared after the completion of statutory audit.

Board Oversight

Rainbow Foundation is governed by an independent Board of Trustees comprising professionals with expertise in social work, finance, law, and community development. The Board meets quarterly to review all operations, financials, and program outcomes.

All major financial decisions — including program budgets exceeding ₹1 lakh — require Board approval. The Treasurer and two independent trustees sign off on all bank transactions.

Our governance policies include a Conflict of Interest policy, a Whistle-blower policy, and a documented procurement process to ensure funds are used effectively.

Independent Audit

Our accounts are audited annually by a Chartered Accountant firm independent of Rainbow Foundation. The audited financial statements are filed with the Charity Commissioner's office and are available on request.

Program Evaluation

Impact is measured through structured monitoring visits, beneficiary surveys, and third-party evaluations. We publish outcome reports alongside our financial disclosures so donors can see exactly how their contributions are working.

Donor Rights

Every donor receives an official receipt with our 80G certificate number. Donations are earmarked for specific programs when requested. Donors may contact us at any time for a program update.

Audit Statement

"We have examined the financial statements of Rainbow Foundation for the year ended 31st March, and confirm that all accounts are maintained in accordance with the provisions of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, and generally accepted accounting principles. The utilisation of funds is in accordance with the stated objects of the trust."
